"Dog Man" is one of the watercolour works in a series inspired by the avant-garde Japanese dance "Butoh". The composition evidences the "Man" in its most primitive facet summarizing it to its animal condition and in this particular case resembling it to an element of the Canid family. Man is converted into a vulnerable being, assuming grotesque contours. It is in this way intended to cause inner restlessness, forcing the reflection on the human essence inserted in the planetary context.
