Acrylic painting on photo on canvas plus protective varnish (slightly glossy) by Hahnemühle against UV, yellowing, fading and wipe/scratch resistance; contact only with acid-free packaging and work materials.
On the first and small formated versions of this series, on pupose the look and surface is slightly rough, caused by the transfer of the photo on the canvas (no photo canvas).
We assume to see a large space into photos, although, we actually only look at a piece of paper with some dried powder on it. Since this space is only an information field without matter and energy, it has a spatial depth of zero. In the following pictures one can see how now I thread myself and squeeze in between this already narrow „zero space", in order to explore it with the means of art. This results in a new experience of actuality without reality, of image and abstraction and in a dia-logue between painting/graphic and photographic art.
The artwork dimensions/weight exceed the limits defined by our carriers.
