Your mother didn’t like it at first.
She thought it was difficult to clean.
But you and your brother quickly figured out that it was
very slippery.
And started sliding over it”.

This photograph is part of the documentary "Why is it blue?". In this work, I explore the complexities of parenthood and life challenges in Post-Soviet Ukraine.

Each print is made with archival pigment inks on 100% cotton, acid, and lignin-free, Hahnemuhle Museum Etching 350 g paper.

The prints are numbered and hand-signed by me and are accompanied by their corresponding certificate.
