Jorge Marinho was born in 1968 in Mozambique but living in Vila Real. He studied painting at FBAUP ASSOCIATION, working as a painter since 1990. Since 1994 he participates in several solo exhibitions especially in the northern region of the country. He won several awards for painting and participated in an international exhibition in Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. He is represented in many public and private collections. Its main influences Picasso, Gustave Courbet or Dan Macaw.
