"Winter countryside landscape #2" asks what our need is to encounter the nature, and the complex meanings that find answers in the connection. The picture represents sounds, smells, and sights, at the border between man and wild, where nature turns its gaze back at us and gives us a space to heal trauma and reimagine ourselves.


This photograph is part of the documentary called "Why is it blue?". In this work, I explore the complexities of parenthood and life challenges in Post-Soviet Ukraine. More details on the project are available on my website.

Each print is made with archival pigment inks on 100% cotton, acid and lignin free, Hanhemuhle Museum Etching 350 g paper

The prints are numbered and hand signed by me, and are accompanied by their corresponding certificate
