By proceeding by layers, I cover or reveal parts of the logic of each of them. What I'm seeking is to divert the spirit to leave the field free for pure perception. On the contrary, the transparencies make all these layers play with each other and bring out evidence that directly addresses our authentic being.
I play here with shadows, symbols and the margin that I do not always respect. Bordering on the figurative, I want to tempt the viewer with a possible interpretation, but by the strong presence of the line, I address myself directly to our deepest being.
