He is a visual artist that focuses on the medium of photography, while also engaging in explorations of darkroom and alternative processes.
Since 2020, Kapsalakis has been teaching photography theory and darkroom practices.
He has participated in numerous exhibitions in Greece and abroad, with his works held in many private collections.
