Flower button at end of the cycle. This detail of a flower that barely bloomed, photographed in slight chopped, detached from the bottom, eventually took over with some impact. This work is part of a set of dried flowers/plants that show us surprising forms that were evident in the exhibition taken To effect in the Hospital of Santiago in Setúbal last year. The title of the exhibition "After ... before ..." translates me by what we understand: the plants "After the ..." their verdant beauty present new beauties "Before ..." they lose their forms. The process was from this idea to look in the fields and gardens flowers at their end of life, interpreting their forms that the light was drawing. The project has no mentor who knows and continues to develop.
