Alexandre Rola (Porto, 1978) has a degree in Economics and Graphic Design from the School of Arts and Design of Matosinhos and Master in Urban Interventions by the same institution.
The nature of the creative process of Alexandre Rola is based on appropriation, decontextualization and reinterpretation of day-to-day elements. The artists wander the streets as a flâneur, taking notes and photographs - appropriations.

Similarly, Alexandre Rola has been the subject of attention from national media, with the Men's Personalities Lux Fine Arts award, in 2014; attention that it has also stems from the art world some prizes: IX Biennial Atlantic Axis, the Black & White Festival, the Helvetica NOW Poster Contest, the Aveiro Young Creators, and the 2nd prize in Norton Save & Restore International Photo Contest.
