Artwork in oil on canvas, belonging to the series "Puertas" that represents one of the so many bazaars of el zoco of Cairo.
On the colour of the door are exposed to a series of objects blending the ancient with the contemporary and becoming all protagonists of the work through colour. Through the contrast of colours wanted to make the scene dynamic within the stillness that a shop without own agitation of a street that supposedly should be full of people shows.

I was inspired by an image exposed by a traveller in her notebook.
