The "Danse Macabre", a frequent theme in the Middle Ages, presents a paradox: the act of dancing often refers to moments of festivity and feelings of joy; death, on the other hand, often refers to moments of mourning and feelings of pain motivated by loss.

This series consists of a video-art work (based on the documentation by Michel Giacometti) and a series of paintings, which give a new reframing and rereading of the moving images.

The sale of the painting is therefore accompanied by a pen drive with the video work.
