In "Entrance" the body is thrown on the paper with graphite bars that act as extensions of the body. Various rhythms and intensities of a gesture - of a repetitive movement but always new - amplify.
An almost automatic body, almost in a hypnotic state, experiences the limitations of a body while building images upon images without concrete knowledge of the result. Transposing the limits, extending itself out of the paper, tearing up the surface, with a lack of concern towards injury and exhaustion. The action causes the accumulation of matter and forms, and the frailty of the surface in the inevitability of destruction. The tension between forces, between building and destroying, is not thought of as dichotomous. Here are tested questions such as pain and pleasure, trying if the action leads to peace through the action of exhaustion or intensification, in ecstasy and urge for more.
