Every now and then my family is water and it floods me, starting by the head and never by the feet. It always comes from above. I think all the family almost drowned these days. It turns out that suddenly, milliseconds later, we evaporate as one.

Then the water runs. We rain hugs, squeezes, soulful looks, nostalgic. Disagreements, fights, and sorrows dissolve, licking these family constraints; the aunt's muteness, the nephew's scream, the grandmother's silence. When we are dry and alone, we still carry the drops of others on our bodies.
