The idea that best sums up my artistic practice as a whole is the concept of Violence. This violence that permeates etching manifests itself in my work in my approach to the metal plate (by attacking it), the plate itself that I have used (reused, found, previously damaged) and the final image that is engraved on the metal and printed on paper, whose visual language is delimited by the violence of the process.
