The title of the painting is the famous phrase by King Larry King: 'The sinking of the Kursk in the sea. The icy Barents, which died after an accident killed 118 crew members, was the first major disaster of Putin's presidency. Putin's handling of the disaster was notoriously poor. He failed to cut the sea in shorts in Sochi, and then refused the 23rd warriors who survived the initial explosion. When Larry King asked him, "What happened to the submarine?" Putin smiled and said, "It drowned." Many Russians saw his remark as flippant, because he simply didn't care.
