The technique is leather appliqué on a cotton fabric, then stretched on a wood panel.
It is an artwork from the ongoing series "I'm a Maze", a series based on geometric abstraction and composition. I started this series in December 2012.

One of the goals of this series is to obtain organic and dynamic compositions by using simple geometric forms, like squares and rectangles. This particular artwork is a game between the full and the empty spaces, recalling the cadastral plans.
