The colossal inhumanity of what is happening in the Mediterranean, the number of lives that are lost and so many others who try everything to escape from one nightmare and end up in another on a risky crossing into the unknown. Young people like me leave their land, their family, and everything in search of hope.
Europe and the world turn their faces to these lives as if they were too black, too African, or too many people.
