The artworks from "Mind the Gap" collection were born from an observational study carried out on board of a train.
The multiplicity of environments experienced in a carriage, small paths, was inspirational for painting artworks such as in ’Passenger' series.
Travelers, tourists, workers, casual, healthy, handicapped, happy, sad, awake or asleep writes every day page in a space that is always the same but a scenic composition that is always different. The 'Passenger' is the capture of one of those moments, from the worker’s perspective, who moves from one bank of the river to another. That second of our life that no one notices.
"Mind the Gap" collection is composed by artworks of painting, sculpture in aluminium and sound installation.
