Hugo Castilho’s sculptural paintings, which fit the concept of relief, in production since the end of 2019, come to life with a spoon, thick dough, enamel paint and brushes. The artist shapes and paints an imaginary universe, where he explores the qualities of the theme of the fantastic as a reflection of reality, through ethical, pedagogical, and humorous content, communicated and figured by animal diversity.
