This work was made after a night visit to the Alcântara docks in Lisbon, where I photographed an access door to the 25 de Abril Bridge. For moments I closed my eyes and I could hear around me the conviviality, the communication between people in the bars, the noise of the music mixed with the cars and the train passing from one end to the other. There I was before a bridge, a sea of people, where everything seemed to connect, the people and the connections between two extremes. I opened my eyes and saw the lights of the headlights as a sign for the construction of this work.
