Diogo Gois was born in Funchal in 1989, city where he lives and works. BA in Painting at FBAUP, he has also performed as a trainer, cultural consultant and artist-educator.
This artist count with more than one hundred collective and solo exhibitions nationally and internationally. Awarded with several prizes and scholarships, Diogo Gois has artistically represented Portugal in the CPLP. One can highlight the installation and performance: "I wanted that aborted chickens!" (2010) at the Serralves Museum and the cycle of roadshows "Osculum" (2014), with the sponsorship of Millennium BCP Foundation. Integrates public and private collections.
