André Silva, also known by TRAFIC, is an artist of urban art with a special dedication to painting and ceramic sculpture.
Born in Lisbon, 1989, lives and grows in Almada until his academic path takes him to the Instituto Superior Técnico to study Civil Engineering, a course where his passion for the geometric and precision that he carries in his works grows. Guided by intuition and flow of graffiti letterings, he begins his discovery for surrounding textures, as well as the architecture and engineering present in the urban environment, thus giving rise to his artistic vision that tries to convey this duality of chaos/harmony between the human being and the nature of what surrounds him, always with a note of hope.
