António Jorge (Coimbra, 1966). Actor, director, scenographer, prop master and visual artist. "Self-taught, I sit my practice in doubt, error, and imperfection. I have an obsessive fascination with natural materials, with the discovery of how they work, for the nobility with which they age and endure. I enjoy the practice of ancestral techniques and their confrontation with contemporary concepts. Only constant experimentation, time and delivery, give us the poetic freedom and the manual dexterity capable of generating new metaphors and aesthetics. Each piece created, more than perfect has a unique character ".
