Photography is the main vehicle of communication, transmission of thought and artistic expression of Rita Prata and, ultimately, a kind of therapy.
He was born in Lisbon in the early 80’s, and that’s where he lived, grew, learned and unlearned a lot. In 2016 he moved to Braga, where many transformations took place at a personal, professional, and above all at an artistic level.
He likes his artistic work to win the stage without his shadow, but this is not always possible, because the works he creates do not always exist alone, without his personal ghost. Maybe that’s the only way they make sense in their entirety.
