This work is part of the project "The F Chain - Fragment, Figure & Frame (Digital Graphic Collage)". In the compositions, is used digital collages, often with very vibrant colors. This type of composition is very "raw" and spontaneous, allowing unlimited possibilities for experimentation regarding the deconstruction and construction of the image, that is, the fragments are "clipped" and decontextualised and, when inserted in another context, transfigured itself. And, for me, is in this game where lies the beauty of this technique. The name given to the project, "The F Chain - Fragment, Figure & Frame", part from this principle. The fragments from different contexts join into other fragments in the set of experiments, forming figures, taken together, form the history and the end frame (frame). Thus, this type of expression turns out to dilute the technique with the concept, as it allows you to translate what I intend on several levels: sensory, aesthetic, chromatic and conceptual. The "collages" are made with graphic, typographic and photographic elements. There is a careful combination in order to create balanced and dynamic compositions that invite to subjectivity and a comprehensive color palette. There is a great influence of "Pop Art" and "Vintage". The works are made in digital format, Photoshop and Illustrator. The printing technique is called Giclée. It is a more current technique that the screen printing and has more quality resolution and colors. The digital form is a relatively recent speech and does not follow the parameters of the "traditional art".
