Fernanda Araújo has developed her professional career in the secretarial area. However, she remained always linked to the artistic world and attended workshops and private lessons in drawing and painting. Since 2014 she has followed the dream of painting, dedicating her entire time to this activity.
Her work, which favors acrylic and watercolor, on various supports, in a logic of experimenting material itself and testing the growing ability, is situated, thematically, in the field of landscape and dead natures, but also with adhesions of abstract, in a painting of poetic and intimate character.
She currently lives in Vila Nova de Cerveira, and feels naturally invaded by the landscape that surrounds her, and the almost daily influence she receives from the various artists with whom she contacts is undeniable.
