Estudos (Studies) is a project that is organized, as the name proposes, in a series of photographic studies on the languages of the image. A series of photographic collages that focus on the human condition in an attempt to understand man’s relationship with society, with himself, with nature and with the past. From the meticulous selection of negatives, we enter a storm of ideas, faces, forms, feelings, experiences and textures that, before alone, now communicate in a frenzied back and forth of oppositions and similarities, ironies and truths about a surrealist hyperreal world.
