The paintings of coloured lines, wide or narrow, appear as a turning point in my most recent works. Contrasts, calm harmony, balance and tonal beauty characterize these "line paintings". The palette of vivid colours varies from strong full-colour tones to the delicate and transparent watercolour values, finding its highest point in an almost "black and white" intensity, applied in parallel bands on the canvas.
