SERIES WINTER22-3
By proceeding by layers, I cover or reveal parts of the logic of each of them. What I'm seeking is to divert the spirit to leave the field free for pure perception. On the contrary, the transparencies make all these layers playing with each other and bring out evidences that directly address our authentic being.
Winter, sun is low, contrasts strong. I reproduce these sensations on canvas, I use the same techniques and the same devices as in the first works of the series, but with more serenity. The vertical gesture is more present, life resists the pallor of the days.
