Part of the 'Inside | Outside" series, that explores the relationship between interior and exterior space. The geometric elements, almost sculpted on paper by the black charcoal stroke, describe a fortified structure within which refuge and / or constriction is opened. In formal terms, the rigidity of geometry establishes a dialectical relationship with the organic marks left on the paper by hand movements during drawing.
