There is an eagerness to portray the fascination for Light and its consequences that inhabit our daily routine. From this impulse comes the series "Luce e ombra", begun in 2015, which has been built over the years, always with the same intention. It begins with the observation and daily photographic record of new light/shadow draws, permanently closely related to the architecture. The shadow has always been a subject of interest and inspiration because of its resemblance to the dream and its ethereal nature, although it results from an object and/or a real person. It is by faulty representation of the reality that in ancient Greek Plato spoke to us about the myth of the Cave (allegory of shadows that represented the "deception" of reality). This inability to touch and shape it in some circumstances creates the fascination for this matter, as well as its flawlessly perfect form.
