An ephemeral structure was erected in the Monte Fortress, an old strategic point of Macau, with a privileged location and a wide and diversified view over the territory. This being a historical landmark and a gateway for both the local population and the tourist, the canopy sought to meet the needs of man creating a shelter, a shadow capable of protecting passers-by from the various elements. The way the structure designs the space takes us to stop and enjoy the present bringing a soothing peace of mind, a moment of rest, and contemplation before leaving for the next destination.
