Nina Onaur, the pseudonym of Andrea Ruano, was born in Porto, Portugal, in 1978. The choice of this pseudonym symbolizes a new path and artistic journey.
After living in Paris, she returned to Porto, where she completed her studies in Communication Sciences. She developed a personal project in Marketing, but her artistic essence always remained present, finding in abstract expressionism her true visual language.
Her work is characterized by spontaneous compositions, created intuitively, where she explores vibrant colours, layering, rich textures, and organic forms. She uses recycled materials, such as cardboard and kraft paper, giving her pieces a unique and innovative character.
Since 2019, she has been solidifying her artistic career, collaborating with art galleries and participating in various exhibitions. Her works are part of private collections worldwide, from Europe to the United States and Dubai.
