Work present in the solo exhibition "O Silêncio e Multidão", in Lisbon 2021.
The characters live in scenographic, immaterial and oneiric spaces or dis/organize themselves in the pictorial plane, almost as if glued on top of each other. When they were created in their natural environment, the atelier, they emerged almost by mutual entanglement. While one painting was being formed, others imposed themselves simultaneously, without respecting the exclusivity of time or technique.
The dialogues and relationships between works owe much to this profound experience in the atelier, the reading of different texts and the intense over-living of the last months;
