Laura Vitorino Rebelo (Funchal, 1985), artist, farmer and horsewoman. She currently lives in the Alentejo. She finds inspiration in her surroundings, through contemplation of the landscape, while wandering on horseback or walking in the middle of nowhere. Landscape is the theme of her work, which is approached transversally in painting and photography. There is a need to think about the path we are traveling. The need to stop and look around, or to look at the horizon line and, contrary to what we're used to, not look for its limit. As an artist who lives the landscape, Laura Rebelo wants to share this experience. In a personal way, because everyone has their own, when experiencing her work.
