The theme of this work, Eruption, is a volcano, nature is a very present theme in my work.
The creative process involves the use of various materials and paints. Acrylic and other pigments are mixed freely.
By mixing colours and various materials, rust and sand, I tried to represent the effect of an eruption I had in memory of when I first saw an eruption in Stromboli in the Aeolian Islands in Sicily.
