Fátima Santos has always developed an artistic path with simultaneous statements in fine arts and music which brought her to an experience of combination between colour and composition, sometimes three-dimensional, of a fantastic and magic universe, which is at the same time rationally intuitive, where antagonisms are inevitable:
"Colours are musical notes and the plans outlined by close colour shades – in accord with the three-dimensional objects – define the pictorial object, which is located in Time and Space of Geometric Abstraction.
This object results from a cumplicity process between musical theory and paintwork, evolving in the studio."
