Starting from the house as a primary thematic element, Ana Pais Oliveira seeks to annul the boundaries between painting and architecture. In her work, painting ceases to be two-dimensional and architecture ceases to be inhabitable, taking on different forms of presentation and unfolding in various materials and scales. With an accentuated geometrical component, the canvases and the MDF structures, typical of the models, find in colour and line fundamental elements, entering afterwards into a process of aesthetic addition and subtraction.
