This composition follows a Pop Art aesthetic, being, like this one, a reflection and a criticism of the consumer society and the world of brands. There is here a specific and critical approach to the junk food that today's fast-paced world has accustomed us to. The "fat people" are a caricature of this society that is so concerned with "pop" and appearance, ultimately falling into a huge contradiction. The elements are visually very strong, both by the shapes and by the saturated, intense and vibrant colours. The designs are graphic and synthetic, using symbols massified by advertising and consumption.
This project is born from a passion for the universe of illustration with collages. It is a raw and spontaneous type of register, which allows unlimited possibilities of experimentation, deconstruction and (re)construction of the image. The fragments are "cut out" and de-contextualized and, when inserted in another context, are transfigured. It is in this game that the beauty of collage lies.
