Continuing to explore and experiment with surface ideas as a quality researching new painting techniques and textures found in the architecture and provocative landscapes from memory. I´ m interested in recording the current moment by documenting a material record and it´ s mark making, then transforming the after effect.

Contemplating the beauty and ethereal quality of nature of places I once called home, I use various painting materials and methods to evoke a sense of space. Closing my eyes I see seas of blue bursting with shades of violet and reds. Documenting the fluidity and energy of paint using two methods; silk screen printed, a material record and material oil and spray paint. Using collage together to construct a landscape environment of memories from The Spanish Coast.
