Despite the predictions of the emergence of a world without borders in the current climate borders are more prevalent than ever. With this painting I am investigating the intersection between art, drawing, painting and printmaking. Deconstructed etching from “No Borders” etching, aquatint edition of 10 and Bruce Naumans pink poster “BODY Pressure” cut into slivers and collaged onto canvas with oil paint.
